No data protection officer has been appointed, as it is not mandatory for a business of this size; any query may be addressed to the e-mail above.
2. What we process, and why
a) "Le Gemme Circle" waitlist. The form only asks for an e-mail
address. When you press "Join the Circle", your own device opens a pre-filled message
in your own mail application (a mailto: link) addressed to our
single inbox, info@diamantipizza.com (the
subject line identifies it as a Circle message, so it is not confused with a general
enquiry). The site's code does not collect, transmit or store this address on any
server of its own — there is no backend behind this site — the message only reaches
us if and when you press send in your own mail client. Purpose: to send you
DIAMANTI's opening invitation and related news. Legal basis: your consent (art.
6.1.a GDPR), given by the act of sending the message.
b) General enquiries. If you write to the same address, info@diamantipizza.com, for any other reason, the same applies: it is an ordinary e-mail sent from your own mail application. Purpose: to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual relationship or, failing that, our legitimate interest in responding to messages addressed to us (art. 6.1.b/f GDPR).
c) Traffic and audience measurement. See §3 below (Vercel Web Analytics).
d) Technical hosting data. See §3 below (Vercel, as hosting provider).
3. Who receives this information (processors)
Vercel Inc. hosts this site. As part of serving any page, it necessarily processes technical data about your visit. In its own words: "We collect information about traffic to and from Customers' websites, such as End User IP address, location information derived from IP address, and system configuration information" (Vercel Privacy Policy). Legal basis: legitimate interest in technically delivering the site (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Vercel Web Analytics (same provider) gives us anonymous, aggregate
visit statistics. It only loads on the real diamantipizza.com domain
(never in local/preview environments). In Vercel's own words: it "allows you to
track your website traffic and gather valuable insights without using any
third-party cookies, instead end users are identified by a hash created from the
incoming request", and "a minimal amount of data is collected and it is used for
aggregated statistics only" (Vercel Web Analytics — Privacy Policy).

We do not use any other analytics, advertising, chat, form or payment SDK; this site has no database and no server-side code of its own (a plain, static build).
4. Minors
The "Le Gemme Circle" is not intended for people under 14 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, in line with Spanish data-protection law (LOPDGDD, art. 7.1). If you are under 14, please ask a parent or guardian to sign up on your behalf.
5. How long we keep it
Circle messages sent to info@diamantipizza.com are kept until DIAMANTI's opening invitation has been sent and, at most, until you ask us to delete them. General enquiries sent to that same address are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to keep a reasonable business record afterwards.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@diamantipizza.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Cookies and browser storage
This site's own code does not set any cookies (checked directly in its source: no
document.cookie, no Set-Cookie header configured
anywhere). It uses one purely technical entry in your browser's sessionStorage (not a cookie) so the intro animation does not replay
on every visit within the same session; it carries no tracking identifier and is
never sent to any server.
Vercel Web Analytics (§3) works, in its own words, "without using any third-party cookies", identifying visits through a hash of the incoming request instead of a cookie.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business moves from pre-opening to actually operating (for example, once online ordering or a booking system exist). Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
