DIAMANTI is a restaurant business currently in the pre-opening phase; the address above is the company's registered and tax address, not necessarily the public location of the future restaurant.
2. Purpose of the site
diamantipizza.com is an informational preview site about DIAMANTI's upcoming opening. It does not process online payments, does not sell online, does not take reservations and has no user accounts. Its only interactive element is the "Le Gemme Circle" waitlist, described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Conditions of use
Access to and browsing of this site implies acceptance, without reservation, of these conditions. The site is provided "as is"; content (opening date, collection, images) refers to a business still under construction and may change without notice until the actual opening.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The DIAMANTI name, logo, "Le Gemme" collection names and the site's design, text, images and video are the property of DIAMANTI FOOD GROUPS, S.L. or are used under license. Typefaces used are Bodoni Moda and Inter, both open-source under the SIL Open Font License. Reproduction, distribution or public communication of this content without express authorization is prohibited.
5. Liability
DIAMANTI FOOD GROUPS, S.L. does not guarantee the absence of errors in the content nor the permanent availability of the site, and reserves the right to suspend, modify or discontinue it at any time.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts that correspond by law, without prejudice to any mandatory forum that applies in favor of a consumer.
